Eric Anderson To Take On Role As President
(Watertown, SD) Tower Systems is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Anderson to the position of President of Tower Systems, Inc. Anderson began his career with Tower Systems as a Tower Technician nearly 30 years ago. During his tenure he has held numerous positions from the development, manufacturing and installation of the TSI Elevator Systems, to Director of Safety and Human Resources, with a focus on the continual development of the organization and its team members.
Kari L. Carlson, Tower Systems CEO, said of this change, “Eric and I have worked alongside each other for nearly three decades. His ongoing devotion to this company and to our team members, along with his vast industry knowledge, will help to lead our company forward for many years to come. His contributions will help us to be our best, not only for our valued team members, but also for the clients that we so gratefully serve. Eric brings a sincere and calming energy to our team and I for one am very excited to see how things evolve from here.”
Asked about the promotion, Anderson says, “I look back at where this all began and I think about the opportunities that I was presented with when I was starting my career here. Things are much different now but our company focus remains the same. I am excited for the opportunity to lead our team and to continue with the family values that this company has instilled in so many throughout the years.”
As President, Anderson will be working to empower those around him. “Our culture is one where we truly need to be a team in order to be successful. Regardless of whether you’re answering the phones, shipping the materials, stacking a tower, handling payroll, negotiating with a vendor or finding our next great client… all of us need to work together as one. My primary focus will be ensuring that we do just that.”
As President, Anderson will continue to carry out most of his responsibilities while also overseeing the various departments of the company. He will continue to collaborate with CEO, Kari L. Carlson, Vice President / COO, Lesley Liarikos and the entire Tower Systems team.
Eric’s promotion is effective on Friday, January 27, 2023.
